In Victoria, a 17-year-old Logan Robles was sentenced to 30 years in prison for shooting and killing Hector Gonzales last year. Robles and two other teens got into an argument with Gonzales on a sidewalk, and Robles shot him multiple times with a .40-caliber pistol. Gonzales died despite efforts to save him. Robles will be eligible for parole after serving half his sentence.
