Thursday night in Wharton County, there was a fire that destroyed a mobile home. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Firefighters from the Wharton Volunteer Fire Department, Hungerford VFD, and Glen Flora VFD quickly responded to the scene. They contained the fire by 11 PM. The cause appears to be electrical, but foul play is not suspected. Fortunately, no one was inside the building when the fire broke out.
