The Bay City Police Department’s Shop With A Cop program has awarded over $18,000 in scholarships this year to local students. The program, which also provides school supplies and Christmas toys, aims to help young people succeed by building trust with law enforcement. Special scholarships were given in memory of fallen officers Armando Galvan and Juan Delgado to Adan Woods and Karla Monroy respectively. The program thanks all donors for their support
