At tonight’s Victoria city council meeting, Rafael De La Garza III, Jan Scott, and Steven Kidder will officially become council members for Districts 1, 4, and 2 respectively. Kidder is replacing Josephine Soliz who’s stepping down for health reasons. The council will also discuss the city’s plans for dealing with droughts and make some changes to the Tourism Advisory Board, which helps promote local tourism.
