The Palacios Police Department is investigating a hit and run incident that happened early morning on March 17th. A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle around 12:50 a.m. at the 1300 block of 12th Street. Sadly, the victim, Dinkar Siyola, aged 50, passed away. The driver fled the scene. The police are seeking help from the public. If you have any information, contact Lt. Santos Gonzales
