Amy’s Cookie Co. & Bakery, which started in El Campo, is opening a second location in Bay City, thanks to a $4,100 grant for expansion. The new shop will will open soon next to H-E-B. Amy Ilse, the owner, is thrilled as she used to sell cookies in Bay City before her first shop opened. Stay tuned for the opening date, and yes, there will be a drive-thru.
