The court date for Fernando Acosta Jr., accused in the Amanda Johnson murder case, has been rescheduled. The new date is April 25th, at the Matagorda County Courthouse. On that day, the judge will set a date for pre-trial motions. Acosta turned himself in and is now out on a $500,000 bond.
