During Wharton’s City Council meeting, Gwyneth Teves from Planning and Development shared progress on the Water Plant Project. They’ll have clean water by March 1st. Contractors have a 30-day extension to finish remaining items. The water well’s been operational for three weeks, and it passed the bacterial test. Council voted unanimously to extend the contract.
