A man named Angel Ramirez was arrested in Victoria, after he ran from his car and hid in a tunnel. He was spotted by a deputy sheriff at a traffic light. After his arrest, traffic was disrupted for hours. Ramirez is now in jail with charges pending. The sheriff thanked Victoria PD, Victoria Fire Department, and US Marshals for help.
