Douglas Zelkowski, a 41-year-old gym owner and Air Force veteran from Victoria, was arrested in Bishop for indecent assault at a school event. He was reported for inappropriate contact with a minor. Zelkowski, who runs “Z’s Powerhouse” gym and has trained local high school athletes, was taken to Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
