A local Girl Scout Troop is selling cookies at the Bay City Public Library on March 4. But they’re not just about cookies. They’re also about having fun, making friends, and helping the community. They recently made ‘birthday in a box’ kits for local charities. They also bought an old house to fix up and do various community projects throughout the year.
