Javian Major, 26, from Houston, was arrested for forgery. He and Sandy Broussard, 38, allegedly faked signatures to steal life insurance money. Major, who worked at Family Care Mortuary in Bay City, was accused of mishandling bodies. The Texas Funeral Service Commission had no license record for him. People are upset because they didn’t take care of their loved ones properly.
