Starting Tuesday, February 20, you can vote early for the March 5th Primary Election from 8 to 5 weekdays, and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and noon. to 6 on Sunday. Locations are Bay City USO Service Center or Matagorda County Navigation District No. 1. Election Day is March 5th, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
