Ashley Olguin, a 25-year-old from El Campo, is back in jail. She’s accused of causing a drunk driving accident in April 2023 that killed one of her kids and injured two others. She was out on bond but got arrested again for public intoxication. Now, she’s held on $1.3 million bond and could face 20 years in prison if convicted.
