Beverly Vacek and Tyler Cole from Palacios were arrested for trying to use a fake check. They’re facing multiple forgery charges, and Vacek also has drug charges. Police found evidence at their home and think there might be more victims in Matagorda County. More charges may come as the investigation continues.
