Two people are going to trial in Wharton County this month. Francisco Hernandez is accused of killing Emil Korenek Jr. in his home on April 9th, 2022. Aaron Martinez is accused of killing Adam Saenz on April 27th, 2020 during an argument. They could face five to 99 years in prison if convicted. Hernandez has been held in the Wharton County Jail in lieu of $1 million bond.
