Amanda and Miguel Terrazas celebrated the arrival of their fourth child, Jocelyn, the first baby born in 2024, at 2:40 a.m. on New Year’s Day in Victoria. Despite planning to spend the holiday at home, Jocelyn’s early arrival changed their plans. Amanda will take a short break from her nursing job at Citizens Medical Center to bond with Jocelyn.
