Long-time friends and artists, Larry Stevens and Armando Hinojosa, are making history in Victoria by creating statues of the city’s founders, Martin and Patricia De Leon, for the bicentennial celebration. These statues, weighing over 1,000 pounds, will be a permanent tribute in De Leon Plaza. Both artists have a rich history, with their work displayed across Texas.
