A crash south of Victoria on Monday night led to one person’s death and another’s injury. A semi-truck and SUV collided around 6:45 p.m. near mile marker 640A. The victim, a female passenger, lost her life. The semi-truck blocked the median, and details about the injured person or others involved are not yet known. Emergency responders from the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office and Victoria Fire Department were on the scene.
