A former kindergarten teacher in Fort Bend County has been convicted of sexually abusing a six-year-old student in 2021. Troi Phillip Moore, 47, agreed to a 10-year sentence for each case, with no appeal. He isolated the child in the classroom and engaged in sexual contact. The jury heard from the now 8-year-old victim during the trial. Moore, a teacher for over 20 years, faces lifetime registration as a sex offender.
