Victoria County is planning to build a mental health facility and is open to land offers for the project. The ideal location will have water and sewage access and be 12 to 20 acres. The facility will serve Victoria and nearby counties, with up to 60 beds. Land proposals can be submitted to Judge Ben Zeller’s office until Jan. 18th.
