The Canadian Pacific Kansas City Holiday Express, a festive six-car train, made a stop in Victoria last Thursday. It attracted hundreds of people who got to explore the train’s Christmas decorations. The train, which travels from Canada to Texas, stops in various states, donating to local food banks and the Salvation Army in Victoria.
