Riverside Park’s duck pond in Victoria is back open! Closed in 2018 due to damage, it now has cool upgrades like LED-lit fountains, seating, a fishing pier, and a gazebo with a waterfall. The changes also tackle erosion issues. Parks & Rec, teaming up with Texas Parks and Wildlife, is stocking the pond with fish, but no fishing allowed until the fish grow in 6-8 months.
