A man in Bay City woke up to his RV on fire and escaped through a window. The fire spread to a nearby trailer where a family of five was sleeping. A passerby noticed the fire and called the authorities. The fire department put out the fire in 30 minutes but both trailers were destroyed. The RV’s occupant was treated for smoke inhalation. The fire was caused by a space heater.
