Bay City Police Sgt. James Philp recently spotted smoke from the old Masonic Lodge in Bay City while on patrol. The fire department put out several fires inside the vacant building in 30 minutes. No one was hurt, but the damage is around $5,000. The fire marshal suspects arson and is investigating. Contact the Bay City Fire Marshal with any info.
