A 25-year-old woman from Victoria was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly causing harm to two vulnerable individuals. Marissa Martinez faces charges for injuring a child and elderly person. Additionally, she was taken into custody on a warrant related to a probation violation involving a substance case. Martinez is currently held without bond at the Victoria County Jail since Wednesday.
