The Wharton County Junior College Band is hosting a free concert called “The Rat Pack”, featuring songs by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. The concert, open to the public, will be held at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Horton Foote Theatre. Guest singers Mike Harbough and Mike Henderson will perform as the famous trio.
