El Campo schools will provide a nasal spray called Narcan to middle and high schools, as well as the alternative school. This spray can quickly reverse opioid overdoses like those from heroin, fentanyl, or prescription drugs without needing a prescription. It’s a life-saving medicine. It’s a sad reality, but Narcan will be available to save lives in emergencies.
