The Corpus Christi Coast Guard rescued four boaters who were stranded offshore in Matagorda on Friday afternoon. The Coast Guard received a call from one of the boaters’ daughters who was worried when her father had not returned from the water after nearly 12 hours. The Coast Guard headed out for the rescue and towed the four men back to Jetty Park in Matagorda.
