Captain Mark Biskup is leaving the El Campo Police to head safety at St. Philip Catholic School in 2024. From Jan. 3, 2024, after retiring, he’ll oversee student affairs and safety. He also teaches crime prevention to adults, and helps local businesses in assessing their security strengths and weaknesses.
