Wharton County Junior College Foundation and the college will celebrate the completion of the Access to the Arts Project with a ribbon-cutting at 11 a.m. Thursday. The project added a Circle Drive in front of the Duson-Hansen Fine Arts Building, making it safer and easier for visitors to access the building in any weather. Refreshments will be served, and everyone is welcome.
