The Fort Bend County Fair & Rodeo is celebrating its 87th year thru Oct. 8th at the Fairgrounds. The kickoff parade Friday featured the Needville Little League team, who competed at the World Series this year, as grand marshals. The parade drew thousands along its route, with about 200 entries, from floats to bands and horse-drawn wagons. Over the 10-day event, attendees can enjoy seven musical acts, including Josh Ward, the Josh Abbott Band, and La Energia Nortena. Don’t miss the livestock show, carnival, and exciting rodeo events.
