Louise High School marching band will perform at the state competition in San Antonio this week. Their “When the Skies Call” program tells a story about America’s response to Pearl Harbor in 1941. They have a dancing Rosie the Riveter and use image screens to enhance the story. The band received three Division I judge ratings in the Regional qualifying round.
