Victoria city is celebrating its bicentennial by teaming up with UP Arts Studio for a mural project. Noah and Elia Quiles from UP Arts Studio applied to create the murals in 2021. They got the green light last year and are eager to begin. The murals should be finished by year-end, marking the city’s history in a beautiful way.
