Early Sunday morning, a submerged vehicle was pulled out of a retention pond in Fort Bend County. Around 6:26 a.m. in the 13400 block of US 59, the Northeast Fort Bend County Fire Department responded. They dispatched the Northeast Dive & Rescue team to Sugar Land to retrieve the submerged vehicle. Fortunately, the driver had already escaped. The team swiftly located and extracted the vehicle from the water with no reported injuries.
