In Corpus Christi, two residents, Jason Talley and Crystal Samora have confessed to planning to distribute 50+ grams of meth. They were stopped in Victoria on March 14th for tailing another car. Meth was suspected near Talley, who was the driver. A thorough vehicle search revealed meth, heroin, Xanax bars, pills, and handguns. More discoveries included cookies atop a box with plastic containers of substance, and a stolen firearm in a purse. The substance turned out to be 5,806 grams of 94% pure meth. Sentencing by Judge David Morales is in November. They could face life imprisonment and a $10 million dollar fine.
