Wharton County Junior College has a new scholarship program! It offers free tuition and fees to students studying Licensed Vocational Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, Health Information Technology, or Human Services. If you live in Matagorda, Wharton, La-vaca, Aransas, Bee, Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Gonzales, Refugio, Victoria, Waller, Needville or others on the list, you might qualify. To be eligible, you need to be enrolled in at least six credit hours in one of those programs, complete the FASFA, and the scholarship will cover your tuition, fees, and program-specific expenses.
