Two individuals were arrested in Bay City for illegal dumping. The incident occurred at Bay City Farm and Ranch Supply on June 5th. Surveillance footage showed them unloading over 1,000 pounds of construction debris into the business’ dumpster. Christopher Wright was identified through the video, and he helped identify the second suspect, Robert Rodriguez. Both admitted to being paid for the job and dumping in other locations. Arrest warrants were obtained, and they were charged with Illegal Dumping, a State Jail Felony.
