A woman was fatally shot during her commute to work and authorities have identified the shooter, who is cooperating with law enforcement. The incident occurred around 10 p.m.Tuesday in Stafford. The victim, Deena Neal, was a 57-year-old lab technician at Kelsey-Seybold. Family members described Neal as a kind-hearted individual who was always willing to help others. Law enforcement is reviewing surveillance footage, but no direct evidence has been found yet. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and saw people rushing to assist the victim.
