A man from Richmond, Akintunde Oyewale, has been sentenced to nearly five years in federal prison for committing health fraud. He operated a home health company called Grace Healthcare Services LLC and was found guilty of billing Medicare for unnecessary or nonexistent health services. He’s been ordered to pay $1.4 million in restitution to Medicare.
