A man in Bay City was arrested by the police after a short car chase that ended in the Bay Ridge Subdivision. The officers noticed the suspect throwing things out of his vehicle while trying to escape. When the chase was over, the police found over four grams of a controlled substance. The man, identified as Timothy K. Warn, 60 years old and from Bay City, was detained and charged with manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance as well as evading arrest detention. As a result, his bond has been set at $50,000.
