Bay City Police have apprehended 36-year-old Michael C. Blackmon from Bay City on aggravated assault charges. He is accused of assaulting two individuals in a home located on Avenue M in the 1700 block. The incident occurred on May 22nd, and now Blackmon is facing two counts of aggravated assault. The police acted on warrants to bring him into custody.
