$50 million civil suit

Two customers injured in a flash fire inside a recreational vehicle at Fun Town RV have filed a $50 million civil suit. The incident occurred on May 14th in Wharton when propane ignited inside a display RV unit, injuring one worker and two customers. The fire seemed to originate from the kitchen area due to possible human error. The injured customers suffered burns and were airlifted to Houston. The lawsuit alleges negligence on the part of Fun Town RV for not having gas detectors and proper inspection procedures.
