Early morning on April 10th, a suspect entered a truck parked in Bay City’s 2400 block of Sims Ave. The homeowner confronted the suspect, who threatened them with a hammer before leaving it behind and stealing the homeowner’s flashlight and velvet bag of cash. The suspect wore dark-colored clothing and croc shoes. Residents near Sims Ave are urged to check their surveillance footage for the suspect or contact Detective Morales at the Bay City Police Department with any information.
