The May city council elections are coming up soon. All potential voters must be registered by today or have a voter registration card in the mail to the Wharton County Elections Administration office. You can register to vote online at votetexas.gov, at the elections office in Wharton, or via mail with a voter registration card. Polls will be set up at the El Campo branch library and the Wharton Civic Center, and those wanting a ballot by mail must submit their application by April 24th.
