Yashua Caesar, a 23-year-old man, was arrested and charged with murder and aggravated robbery for his involvement in a homicide case that took place in Bay City back in January. The victim, Jared Aplin, was found dead in a vehicle parked at an old elementary school. Two other individuals, Clarence Kimble Small and a 16-year-old, were also arrested and charged with the same crimes shortly after the incident. Caesar had been on the run since January but was finally located and apprehended by the U.S. Marshals with the help of other law enforcement agencies.
