Two suspects have been charged with murder of a 38-year-old man from Richmond, according to a press release from the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office. On February 13th, deputies responded to a call in Richmond and found Blake Ingram dead with a gunshot wound. After investigating, detectives identified 18-year-old Osmar Pereira and a juvenile as the suspects. Both were arrested without incident and are being held on $750,000 bonds at Fort Bend County Jail. The motive remains unknown. Sheriff Eric Fagan expressed condolences and thanked investigators for their efforts.
