An 18-year-old man from El Campo is in jail after being accused of recording girls changing clothes in the El Campo High School auditorium. Leader News reports Jaylin Hawkins now faces two counts of making an invasive visual recording, but El Campo Police Detective Sgt. Ryan Schaer says that there may be further charges filed against him. The investigation is ongoing, and other victims have been identified, both boys and girls. A cellphone believed to be Hawkins’ was seized on February 28th after a girl spotted it hidden and recording in the girls’ dressing room.
