Two people were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds after a dispute at Joe’s Sports Bar in Bay City. The police were called to Matagorda Regional Medical Center early Friday morning in reference to an assault, and upon arriving, the victims told the police they were injured while at the sports bar. Police were able to determine that a dispute between people broke into a fight and resulted in the two people being shot. However, the authorities haven’t released any additional information. The case remains under investigation by Bay City police.
