Community leaders, developers and builders officially held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new up and coming neighborhood Valor Park, according to the Tribune. Phase 1’s builder has been revealed as Debo Homes LLC, who has previously worked in the county. Valor Park will span over a 54.5-acre tract and will feature more than 200 single-family homes. Lynn Development Group is offering any Bay City ISD employee that purchases a home in Phase 1 a 50% reimbursement of their property taxes for the first two years of ownership.
